Hi,
Waiting outside a club tonight I noticed one cab that sat and didn't get any rides for hours while I was making lots of trips. When I came back I saw him writing down license plate numbers of uber/lyft cars.
Can I get in any kind of trouble just by the hearsay of a cab driver?
Please help.
